Every job gets a rating from 0 to 100 against your resume, with the reasons for and against in a few short lines. The deal breakers come first: a language you don't speak, a location outside your search, or a different job under a similar title. A job that fails one is filtered out with the reason, never hidden behind a good score.
Yes. Sherpa checks every ad against the languages on your resume. An ad written in a language you don't list, or one that requires it, is filtered out with the reason, so the jobs you see are ones you can apply for in English. There are more than you might think: in Sweden, 64% of tech and product job titles on employers' own careers pages were in English.
No. For each job you choose, Sherpa tailors your resume to the words the ad uses and writes a cover letter and answers to the application's questions, all from what's on your resume. A quality check refuses any skill, tool or title your resume doesn't support. Reframing is needed; fabrication is rejected. Here's what tailoring changes.

Your resume and documents are stored in the EU and used only to find jobs and prepare your applications. They're never sold, never sent to a job board or a recruiter, and never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. You can have your account deleted at any time. Read the privacy policy.
